WOOO HOOO - finally new pictures! Here's just a few. Use the scroll bar and go ALL THE WAY DOWN to see the rest of them. I tried to get a shot of the whole pack together at the park yesterday, but they were all zooming around, playing various chase games, stick games and Keeway was off stealing tennis balls so they were not cooperating at all.
When Kenny and I arrive at the park, we get quite a few raised eyebrows. As in, ARE ALL THESE DOGS YOURS? Occasionally, I get a nice compliment, like "I've never seen anyone control seven dogs with nothing more than voice commands." I say thank you and think to my self - that's the power of the pack! I'm a student of the Cesar Millan school of dog psychology and while I don't work with Red Zone dogs like he does, I have done several very successful rehabilitations using many of the things I learned from Cesar about how dogs think and behave.
I did get one shot with about half of them and a few cute individual ones. I have a few more to go. I won't be filling up the D-60 any time soon. Hubby looked at the memory and told me it will hold 2,000 pictures. I guess he added the maximum amount of memory possible.
When you set the Nikon D-60 on Auto mode - it literally won't let you take a bad picture. The resolution is so high, like 3,000 something by 2,000 something, I don't think there is a computer screen or a photo printer that can display the pictures at their full resolution. I have a pretty state-of-the-art computer, high def display, high powered graphics card and a bunch of other stuff which I don't even know what it is. That's the hubby's department. And the pictures are stunning on my computer, just mind boggling. Kenny has some sort of incredibly expensive Star Trek photon-laser printer thingie at work. So I guess if a get a really good picture that I want to frame, he says I can use that printer. Wait till I actually learn how to use this thing!
