The Big Day Finally Arrives!

We were deeply honored to meet Sampson's Mom. It was incredibly exciting to see how happy both she and Sampson were to be together again.

We will miss Sampson very, very much.

About Keeway's Comfy Kennel

First of all, we are NOT a kennel. We provide highly personalized dog boarding in our home. All of our guests have the run of the house. We don't use crates, unless the owner wants us to. Normally we care for only 4 dogs at any one time, so each guest receives complete personal attention (and lots of affection, belly rubs, hip massages for our older guests and of course people and dog playtime.) Both my husband and I truly love dogs, we've raised them all our lives, and they make our lives complete. We offer day care, dog walking and very personal dog boarding. During the holidays, when my husband is on vacation, we can care for up to 6 or 7 dogs. We have a pretty big house, located in Watertown, MA. We strongly believe that all dogs should have lots of fresh air and exercise, so included in our fee is a daily 2.5 mile walk around Fresh Pond reservoir as well as evening walks to the local park. Walks can be customized for senior citizens or dogs with other issues. I'm the Pack Leader of Keeway's Comfy Kennel. I've been raising and training dogs for nearly 40 years (in other words, since I was a kid) Since starting this business in 2003, I have studied thousands of hours of video and read hundreds of books on dog behavior.

I am an expert in dog psychology and have rehabilitated several dogs for clients who needed special help.I am certified in animal first aid and I graduated from the Dog B.O.N.E.S. therapy dog program.

I am extremely passionate about my work. I recognize and appreciate the great privilege I am given when a client places their complete trust in me by allowing me to care for a family member of the 4 legged variety.
