What's amazing about this picture is that is that just a few months ago Zorro was terrified of people and dogs. He had been terribly abused when his owner rescued him. His Mom asked me if I could help. He would shake in fear when a person or another dog approached him. What's funny about this picture is his new leather coat. "Bad to the Bone!" is not exactly how anyone would describe sweet little Zorro.
I've been working with Zorro for 6 months. He now plays with other dogs, greets people and, considering his condition 6 months ago, is brave enough to even bark at another dog if finds their behavior annoying. I've been using my training in dog psychology to help him trust people again and most importantly help Zorro learn to be part of a pack again.
I just can't imagine someone hurting this incredibly sweet dog. I'm sorry but it makes me VERY angry.
